Missing maintainers?

Hi, this library seems pretty dead to me. Are you missing maintainers? I could not see any such hints on the front page. The issue tracker could need some gardening and there are multiple PRs with fixes for current issues (like the broken TS).

Suggest adding a call for maintainers on the front page README.

No thank you; I already maintain enough repos, so I usually only commit to stuff I actually use (or have made myself) 😄 I just noticed this when searching for frontend FHIR libs and it took me some time to realize it had not seen updates in two years.

I was just saying that if this library is dead, then it is usually serving the community to actively say so through

1. State that it is no longer maintained and that you suggest using alternative X (whatever that might be)
2. Put the repo into "Archival mode"

Or if it is actually alive, just needing someone to attend to it, it often makes sense to put a little note at the top of the readme saying that you are looking for new or additional stewards. There might be existing users that would like to do so. Or not 🤷 At least it never hurts 😄
