Copy items from Sample Courses | Item checkbox will disappear after being selected

Precondition

Two courses with at least one Competency inside should be created.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to any of previously created courses
2. Click on Competency item inside course structure
3. Click on the vertical-dots icon that is visible in the top-right corner of structure-container
4. Choose 'Copy Existing Below' or 'Copy Existing Into' action
5. Find and choose the second course that was created previously
6. Select an item that is available below (click on the checkbox)
7. Observe

Expected Behavior

Item checkbox should remain visible after being selected, and it should be possible to unselect that previously chosen item.

Current Behavior

Item checkbox will disappear after being selected, and it's no longer possible to unselect that previously selected item.
