Action Performed:

  1. Alice sends an IOU to Bob. (Note: This IOU is never delivered, which is another potential issue.)
  2. Alice sends a message to Bob. This message is successfully delivered.
  3. Bob opens the self-validated link in the footer of the email in an Incognito Window.
  4. Example Link: https://new.expensify.com/v/18886753/OQCXGVLTA?exitTo=/r/2814342709955362

Expected Result:

The app should load successfully, displaying the relevant content or dashboard for the user after clicking the link.

Actual Result:

The screen remains white with no content.
No critical errors appear in the console, except for issues related to DoubleClick tracking pixels.

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?
