Action Performed:

1. Create a workspace, with an admin and a member
2. Have the member create an expense and submit it
3. Have the admin put the expense/report on hold

Expected Result:

The admin/approver shouldn’t see GBR in the LHN once the expense/report is put on hold

Actual Result:

The admin/approvers sees GBR for the workspace chat in the LHN, has to click on the report in the LHN to get the GBR to go away
