Request extra option: AllowUnkownFormat

Use case
Since a few months schemastore use schemasafe as primary validator.
The secondary validator is the grunt tv4.
The Json schemas that are still validated by tv4 must be migrated to schemasafe.
Some of the schema can’t be migrated do to some restrictions place by schemasafe.
These restriction should be optional.

Request extra option:
AllowUnkownFormat = true

From json-schema.org
‘A JSON Schema validator will ignore any format type that it does not understand.’

This should be part of Options for relaxing coherence checks
