[Feature Request]: support og:image和og:description

even though I set the open_graph to be true in the _config.redefine.yml file , I can't see any og:image and og:description in any page. I hope this theme can support these features:

1. set default og:image and og:description in _config.redefine.yml file
2. can also set og:image and og:description in any article I want to cover the default og:image and og:description
