OOStatus error -1743 (when running "utmctl" from within tabby).

Not sure this is the right place to ask for some help on this:

When running "utmctl" (https://mac.getutm.app/) in a "tabby" terminal, I receive the following error message:

Error from event: The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -1743.)
NOTE: utmctl does not work from SSH sessions or before logging in.

The command runs fine in a standard Mac OS Terminal window - so, I suspect I am doing something wrong or I have misconfigured something by accident in "tabby".

Anyone seen this before, please? Any ideas?
