If a Project is using multible machiens with one local.conf it is possible to build for different machiens with following command.
MACHINE=xxx bitbake image
Add a possibility to switch the parser to other machien.

A command hasn't parameter so the machine name cannot be set with a command. Added settings parameter machine this one can be used to specified the machine name in the project settings file.
