Bug in api_failure, something to do with Feed not having a name attribute, causes a nasty error message instead of a nice one.

Then, there are problems with the testing, but, I think the release is fine.

Relative Imports in tests aren't configured right
Test Data doesn't ship with the package, so a bunch of tests fail
The test for warnings fails, when raise_by_default: true
