Currently there is no error handling at all when file conversion fails. Instead SketchUp just freezes. SketchUp should become responsive and a message should show up when conversion fails.

This may be a bit tricky to implement as the whole way of running the binary is really just a big ugly hack, to avoid a flashing CMD window.
