Create notebook to upload CSV data to delta tables

Description:
Based on this excel file we can create .csv files that should be used to insert/overwrite master data in different delta tables.

We need to create notebooks in databricks to handle the different .csv files to insert the following master data:

• metering points
• market roles
• energy supplier/ balance responsible relations
• charges
• charge prices
• charge links
• time series
• grid loss / system correction

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Notebook for each .csv created and added to version control as databricks notebook file, so it's easy to import to other databricks instances.
2. Master data tables corresponding to list defined in description are updated based on .csv files.

I have created a notebook that can read csv files generated from this excel file:
