[Request] Dye Pipes

It appears someone bade this request #33 but seems to closed it the same day.

I am working on a auto smelter and the piping started to get confusing so I started to use wool to color the pipes so I knew what the pipe was for when I entered the underground to see it. But then it clicked, It would be so cool to just be able to right click on a pipe with a dye and turn it that color.
