Unrelated nit, but iirc breaking your "changlog" notes into two lines will cause problems for the tool that auto reads them. eg

Changelog-Changed: Added architecture identifier to Ubuntu release
artifacts. ([https://github.com/ElementsProject/lightning/issues/6228])

should be
