OLED Native Support

Hi all! I’ve recently been researching the OLED mod for my RadioMaster MT12 and the main thing that prevents me from doing the mod is the absence of official support for it. (If I did the mod in its current stages, I think it would revert back if the radio was updated.)

the main resource right now is https://github.com/DongkwanYi/OLEDBOXER and most of the information I know about the mod is from there.

I think this could be implemented by taking the OLED-friendly firmware from the current OLED radios and optimizing it a bit (in the OLEDBOXER repo he mentions that it’s already built in.

After EdgeTX V2.10.RC, The code for SSD1309 driver of OLED is included on the source. So I built the mod firmwares using it.

Then it could be enabled with a feature flag, (which should stay the same through updates, right?)

Maybe this is really hard to implement (I wouldn’t know 😂) but I have seen other users using it with their MT12s (and all 2.42” RadioMaster screens.)
