不同的具体功能模块，可能使用不同的独立“账户”，拥有独立的SecretId和SecretKey
考虑把Common模块的SecretId和SecretKey重命名为DefaultSecretId和DefaultSecretKey，在具体模块没有做配置时，自动使用此默认配置
