Currently head spin just runs off of changing voltage. It is a little jittery at times. This should be replaced with a velocity controller, so the output of the PID would feed into a velocity controller.
I'd need to filter velocity so it's more usable, if I do this cleanly enough I can replace the filters for controller velocity with this.
