When launching calibration (ID: 5b4b1e1b-8b97-ee11-9eff-b88303912b51) I got an error while launching the workitem:

I also see this behavior occasionally when trying to download things (using a make03 script). I talked with Jeff and Ned, who are aware of the problem, and see it as another instance of "occasionally not having permissions to do a thing because monitoring software is mid-monitor."
