Add documentation on setup of an EESSI cluster.
Add example automated setup scripts that can be used on generic clouds.

Cluster in the Cloud also provides EESSI as an optional software stack, see https://cluster-in-the-cloud.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ and clusterinthecloud/ansible#94
