Correct hyperlinks from trait pages to OLS for OBA terms

OBA terms do not link out to OLS properly. The url isn't formulated correctly, the UI is expecting it to be in the format www.ebi.ac.uk/efo/ but OBA terms are in the format purl.obolibrary.org/obo/.

We already handle this for MONDO terms, this needs to be extended to handle OBA also.

Alternatively, since the trait URL is already stored in the database, we could use that directly for all terms, rather than generating them in the UI.
