A user has submitted 3 studies without effect_allele_frequency.

submission id '67c84eee8cf21e0001eb7cd3'

The submission was pushed through validation and so file_type will be set to non-GWAS-SSF.

Please change file_type for all 3 studies to pre-GWAS-SSF.
