PSID Reverts fails with error "method status code TPER_MALFUNCTION"

Hi,

I get following error when trying to do "PSID Revert" with sedutil tool.
The psid is correct, I have checked it again and again to confirm.so I don`t understand why the command is returning with
"method status code TPER_MALFUNCTION" error status.thd DRIVE ID is IBM FCM U.2 NVME SSD.

sudo ./sedutil-cli --yesIreallywanttoERASEALmydatausingthePSID 3CZDYPNDD49EHVXRB8K0JX068A /dev/nvme0
method status code TPER_MALFUNCTION

I want to know What caused the mistake of method status code TPER_MALFUNCTION?I don't understand why this is happening, there are currently more than a dozen hard drives in this situation. There is an urgent need to solve this problem in order to continue the following work.

TPER MALFUNCTION is the code for nonstandard errors. If there’s a new micro code release for your drive, try loading that otherwise you need to contact the drive maker.

Thanks very much for the reply. I will try to update the firmware to see if this problem can be solved.
