Import and Export Spools From/To CSV/Excel

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This feature request is related to the lengthy process of manually adding all your spools to spoolman. I have over 60 spools and I do not want to have to add them all manually, but I do already have an Excel sheet that has all my spools in it.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like there to be an import/export option for spools where you can export all the data shown in the spools page to a csv, or import data in the same format from a CSV into Spoolman. This will save a ton of time setting Spoolman up for the first time, and can also act as a backup for your data.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually entering all the spool data into Spoolman from my Excel spreadsheet.
