Installation Documentation

How to install the addon on a browser

• Google Chrome

  • Install from the Google web store _{^(recomended)}
  • Install using the .crx extension file
  • Install using the .zip extension file _{^{(not recomended)}}

• Firefox

  • Install using the .xpi extension file _^(easier)
  • Install using the .xpi extension file (alternative)
  • Install using the .zip extension file _{^{(not recomended)}}

• Opera

  • Install from the Google web store _{^(recomended)}
  • Install using the .crx extension file
  • Install using the .zip extension file _{^{(not recomended)}}

• Microsoft Edge

  • Install using the .zip extension file

Install the developer version

To install the developer version, download the developer code zip and proceed by following one of the guides above for a *.zip file. At the step where you need to select the "Gladiatus Crazy Addon" folder, select the "source" folder incide the extracted files.

Caution: before installing the developer version, disable or remove the curent version. Additionally, mind that the developer version does not auto-update with new releses, instead, you will need to manually replace the unpacked (decompressed) files by getting a fresh copy of the code.

Install on mobile phone

GCA can be installed on mobile phone by using a browser compatible with one of the provided extensions. For example, on Android phones you would need a browser like kiwi or yandex which support chrome extensions (.crx). Some of these browsers support installing addons directly from a chrome store.
