This repository was created to rewrite the HC Image Editor program using Free Pascal. The old HC Image Editor contained paid and closed-source components, and was written in VB6, making further development nearly impossible. The primary goal of this project is to replicate the features of the old version exactly, and then improve upon it. We are still at the very beginning of the work. I need all kinds of support.

Goals: Implement fast image viewer with folder, thumbnail, or full-screen display options. Support all possible image formats. Add shapes on images. Add filters. Layer support. Transparent image and layer support.

Bu repository HC Image Editor programının Free Pascal ile yeniden yazılması için oluşturuldu. Eski HC Image Editor ücretli ve kapalı kaynak bileşenler içeriyordu ve VB6 ile yazılmıştı.
