Feature Request - Freeleech Priorisation

Detailed Description:

Implement scoring based on Freeleech indexer flag to uprank that are available on Freelech on a tracker, compared to other trackers where they're not. Trackers that are in general Freelech, should/can be ranked higher in Prowlarr, but this doesn't cover specific releases on trackers that are generally ratio based.

Problem and Motivation:

Conservation of ratio and effective usage of the trackers the user has.

Proposed Implementation:

Currently seems as if only Radarr has the indexer flag exposed. Pending in Sonarr: Sonarr/Sonarr#2782
Implement custom format, e.g. this here: https://github.com/TRaSH-Guides/Guides/blob/master/docs/json/radarr/cf/freeleech.json
And rank it one point(?) higher to ensure it is preferred. Was struggling with Trash's setup a bit that it did upgrade to the same release just because there the same with the indexer flag. Should be avoided with the correct upgrade logic.
