In addition to letting user auth by Plex, we should also internally handle auth by letting users create a login and use that with a password. This would be the beginning of being able to divorce this from being a Plex-only app, so it could handle other apps as well (Kodi, Emby, Jellyfin?)

This is probably dependent on #11
