Allow view сertain streamers if not active drop and view mode only.

I'm assuming this suggestion is about being able to watch certain streamers solely for the channel points gain, not for drops.

If that's the case, then my response is a definite no, because this application was never meant to nor was designed to handle situations like that, and I'm not interested in adding such functionality what-so-ever either. Receiving channel points (and claiming the bonus points) is a positive side effect of the drop mining here, not the main application existence reason.
