• Agree on preliminary budget (DdS & LIST)
• Update contract for agreed upon fees
• Resolve question of where and how to allocate extra sponsorship funds (email of April 5)

@tngTUDOR Suggest different fees for students and professionals. I understand this approach but would vote against it. I don't think our audience splits so cleanly into two groups, as we have interested people from all stages of life, and in any case we are asking people to pay their real costs. I would prefer to have one fee (the one in the preliminary budget).
