Due to VTS broadcasting on one port, some plugins conflict with each-other and cannot be run at the same time (Eg. T.I.T.S and VBridger)

This was raised to me for the StreamDeck plugin, and what seems to be the case, is you need to specifically set socket options to allow sharing of the port.

An example in C# is here: Cazzar/VTubeStudio-StreamDeck#13

This might be something that is more up to the plugin developers to have raised to them & possibly adding to documentation about this caveat.

I'll need some more info on this. What exactly is happening? What doesn't work? Any way I can reproduce it?
