Discrepancies between Yugipedia and the official database

As part of the merge workflow, discrepancies between card names and text obtained from the wiki are compared against the official database (actually ygoresources) after normalization: https://github.com/DawnbrandBots/yaml-yugi/blob/master/src/check-for-ygoresources-discrepancies.ts

Korean is currently not included because of #26 and needs separate logic.

Some of these reflect wiki errors. Some of these are just differences in spacing and formatting. Some of these are actually errors in the official database. This issue will track any follow-up work needed, e.g. to analyze Korean errors on the wiki or mark certain wiki text as valid over the official database.
