After installation on an up-to-date XU4 Bionic install via the .deb package, a restart gives me a screen with only a blinking underscore cursor in the upper left. Before the cursor appears, I think I can see the border of the proper nmon display appear for a short moment.
System is XU4 with Bionic 18.04.2, kernel 4.14.102-156, hardware CloudShell 1. The Display is working properly otherwise (I had cloudshell-lcd installed before).
Service is enabled and running:

When I login via ssh and do a switch with sudo chvt 1 and back to sudo chvt 8, nmon gets actually displayed as it should.
