👷[Renovate] Bump node max memory

Motivation

Try to avoid kernel-out-of-memory issues, cf renovatebot/renovate#41996 (comment)

Changes

Set toolSettings.nodeMaxMemory to 4GB as we reach a 3 GB limit, we may have to increase it if it is not enough

Test instructions

Merge -> Re-run renovate sync -> see if the jobs succeed
