Revisar y mejorar el archivo CONTRIBUTING.md para añadir más detalles sobre cómo iniciar con el proyecto y cómo enviar PRs efectivamente.

Tareas:

  1. Revisar el contenido actual.
  2. Proponer mejoras y actualizar el archivo.
