In the DIST folder unzip 'MountainNotifier.zip'

Then place the unzipped file (MountainNotifier) in /usr/bin/

Try it like this:

/usr/bin/MountainNotifier com.apple.mail "New Mail" "One new Mail by Dominik" "The mail's body starts with: Hi, growl is cool"

(/usr/bin/ prefix before MountainNotifier, double quotes instead of single quotes, & removing the exclamation mark from the end)
