Removal operations accounting #1331

Currently the removal operations are accounting a "data transferred" that is not corresponding to the file size, which is a pity as we cannot make reports on how much data was deleted.
Currently the reported size is the number of files, should be set to the size of files (only for successful removals)

That should be easy to implement. Do you want to have it ready in v6r7 or v6r8?

I thought it had been fixed according to the Krzys's comment. In fact it was not, just checked in the ReplicaManager. I suggest that Christophe does it now in the new DataManager class. This indeed should be easy to do, just should be properly tested.

Can you assign the issue to Christophe please? I don't think I have permission to do that…
An additional but related issue is to account for downloading of files (getFiles) as currently we don't know the throughput required by the download of files by the jobs (nor by the users!)
