To unlock my ipad I would rest my finger on touchId sensor, thats a long press. Therefore, a screenshot would be taken every time I unlock my iPad.

Hooking into the original unlocking method and set a boolean ??

The action performs before the bio-metric match so a Boolean (with hook into original unlocking) wouldn't work. The only way to do this is disable screenshot taking or completely disable this tweak for the lockscreen. Both of these options aren't really great so I won't be adding it to the official version. I would recommend using something like reachability for long hold, or create your own fork with the either of the two options (disable screenshot or tweak for lockscreen).
