Dear DEAP users and developers,
This might be trivial but I am not able to find a solution to this problem.
My eaSimple based program works very well to find solutions and I get very good agreement with the data.
The only problem is that the individuals have genes repeated multiple times.
So, the best individuals of size 10, have only 2 or 3 genes repeated multiple times.
Is there a way to not allow for such solutions and only have individuals where none of the genes are repeated.
I would be really grateful for any suggestions.
Best,
Amin.
