Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Enable motion detection and send a message via Telegram when motion is detected.

Describe the solution you'd like
When motion detected take a picture and message the picture via Telegram. When motion is continuous only send one picture and have a cool down after all motion has ceased till a new message is send.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Mail but nobody uses mail anymore.
