SampVoice 4.1 server error

Hello I have a question.

(Linux debian 11 so ubuntu 20.04)

• If i download the 4.1 controle .zip, but the conence in the plugins folder and add plugins sampvoice.so I get
  [sv:dbg:plugin] : connecting to command service...
• If I put the file from the voice.zip and put load sampvoice.out I get Failed (plugins/sampvoice.out: cannot dynamically load position-independent executable)
• if I try to build the voice folder and then put the binarie sampvoice.so in that folder I still get
  [sv:dbg:plugin] : connecting to command service...
• Same is if I build the voice folder
• if in the voice folder I modify the makefile to not remove the .so files and upload and load the main.o then I get ailed (plugins/main.o: only ET_DYN and ET_EXEC can be loaded)
