Based on the Collections CM-2052 we generate, we need to have a way to classify projects into the existing collections.

Joan has already started this work https://github.com/linuxfoundation/lfx-architecture-scratch/tree/tb-privacy-diagrams/2025-02%20Open%20Source%20Index. Once he finishes we can adapt the logic to already incorporate into the automatically created Insights projects in CM-2053
