尝试了下，“程序”可以翻译成“程式”。
又拿python的opencc试了下，“程序设计”是可以翻译成“程式设计”的

结巴分词的原因，没有将程序设计分成程序和设计，按Opencc的Dictionary下的TWPhrasesIT.txt，是可以把程序换成程式的，再不然就要自己diy一下这些txt
