Resolving the attribute errors occurring in "model.py" due to API changes (Missing RNN module) in latest Tensorflow release (0.12.1)

tf.contrib.legacy_seq2seq --> tf.nn.rnn_cell.seq2seq
tf.nn.rnn_ce.DropoutWrapper --> tf.nn.rnn_cell.DropoutWrapper
tf.contrib.rnn.MultiRNNCell --> tf.nn.rnn_cell.MultiRNNCell

Looks good. Since the tf.contrib package may change in future updates, using the tf.nn package is more reliable.
