Server auto-update

Since we have much tighter control + testing rigor on bingehack4/master than we ever did with bingehack, do you want to have the server get pushed to when we either push to master or maybe some separate branch + any appropriate commit hooks if necessary?

I would certainly update the server more often if it was just a simple git push or merge from my local terminal 😉

Yeah, I had thought about this already myself. I like auto-updating when pushing to master, just making a script which does it is not trivial, so I figured I'd do it later.

Let this bug hereby be the feature request for such a feature.
