What problem does this address?

I have two select fields. The second one is conditioned by the selection made in the first one. When changing the name of that option from the first select field, the condition from the second field is not adjusted accordingly. You need to select the new value manually.

What is your proposed solution?

Inherit the new name or add a warning message that mentions this need for manual change.
