Blocks are not displayed under the Otter category in the new WooCommerce editor #2344

Description

When using the new WooCommerce editor, the blocks that belong to Otter are marked as Uncategorized.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features
Enable the Try the new product editor (Beta) option and save
Go to a product and open the description in the new editor
Try to add some blocks from the list

Screenshots, screen recording, code snippet or Help Scout ticket
