Automatically scrolling up on Mobile View

Description

When configuring animations on an instance (it can have any theme except for Neve because with Neve there is no such problem) when entering the mobile view regardless of the browser, at some points when scrolling the page, it jumps back up and then you have to scroll down again. This happens with all animations not with a specific type.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Make sure you have an instance with a theme installed ready
2. Configure animations for some blocks
3. Enter mobile view and try to scroll down
