Hi @4bic, could you review the Ethiopia ID's?
The constituency names are sourced from the list we had from hopr.gov.et
The state names in the IDs are sourced from the ISO 3166-2 list here

Hi @theycallmejeano , I've updated the constituencies and country file to address errors raised in the test
