In order to allow any member to do it.

Incomplete list:

run coverity and fix issues if there are
run GitReleaseNotes (seems dead, maybe try this one) to generate release notes and edit them if necessary
once all code is good tag the source, this will release:
- Pretzel.zip and Pretzel.ScriptCs.zip on GitHub
- Pretzel.nupkg and Pretzel.ScriptCs.nupkg on Chocolatey
- Pretzel.Logic.nupkg and Pretzel.Logic.symbols.nupkg on Nuget
