Add an optional option git shallowclone bool to do shallow clones independently of other options

Exist the following options in git dependency type:

:commit / :tag / :branch / :submodules

Add an optional parameter of by example :shallowclone to false by default, and true for shallow, regardless of the use of :commit / :tag / :branch / :submodules.

This is because the use of big size git repositories have impact in the build process of apps.
