Extract input name from description no working correctly when input name contains "#" sign.

I think we should think of a global solution if we want to extract the description correctly even in invalid cases. @Bonczidai @Ligia-Andreica WDYT?

IMHO if the description syntax is #! @param <name>:<text> the :/space cannot be accepted as a name char - depends on the description line rules
